Do I need a full truckload of junk to begin service?
No job too big or too small! Here at Ruggieri Removals, we offer junk removal services to clients who are looking to get rid of one or few items, to many truckloads full of junk. We price our service based on the space you use in the truck, so, this way we can take as much or as little junk as you need.
Do I have to load up the truck myself?
Ruggieri Removals pride ourselves on being a full service, professional junk removal company. All you have to do is call, point out the junk, and sit back and relax while we do ALL of the heavy lifting! We provide service from beginning to end, including many proven methods of loading up large and bulky items into our trucks and sweeping up the work site when we are finished.
When are you available to take my junk away?
Our operating hours are listed as 8am-8pm every single day, rain or shine! We will post updated hours for holidays and other extenuating events, however, if you’ve got junk and make Ruggieri Removals your first call, you can consider it gone! We offer-same day and next service and try to accommodate our clients based on their schedule. Do you haul items in good condition to local donation centers?
Absolutely! Ruggieri Removals is well known in Roanoke and surrounding areas for donating gently used and good condition items to Goodwill, The Agape Center, and local churches. We are happy to haul items to a donation center of your choice and will honor your donation with a confirmation that the item(s) have been dropped off. We enjoy the opportunity to give back to the community when we are happy when clients do the same!
Is there anything you won’t take from my property?
Any type of hazardous material cannot be hauled away during a junk removal service. These items include but are not limited to: paint, paint thinner, fuel, oil, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medicines, and any type of explosives. We try to serve our customers as best we can and take just about anything, so feel free to ask your service provider to assist you if you have questions about an item you’d like removed.
